Promedical is a group of medical doctors (General practitioners and specialists) and was incorporated on 14th December 2017 in terms of Cooperatives act 14 2005.

Promedical is a social business for the doctors and by the doctors, created to benefit our members and the communities we serve and live in.

Our need for expertise outside the medical field has resulted in Promedical inviting other professionals from different fields of study.

These professionals include allied health workers, lawyers, accountants, IT specialists and other professionals.

Promedical members pay membership fees on joining and in return receive Promedical shares in line with the Cooperatives act 2005.
